Diversity and Inclusion Deep Dive
In FY21, completed a Diversity and Inclusion Deep Dive by conducting confidential one-on-one interviews with more than a third of our workforce across our mining operations, exploration and the corporate office.
The interview canvassed employees’ concerns, ideas and feedback on a broad range of diversity and inclusion topics, including the experience of women in our organisation.
The feedback was themed and incorporated into a three-year Diversity and Inclusion Strategy to ensure the organisation was a safe, inclusive workplace for all. The strategy includes setting targets for female and Indigenous participation in the workforce, as well as a significant focus on psychological safety and gender safety.
