Aurelia celebrates successful drilling results across its portfolio

Aurelia is pleased to announce a string of successful drilling results across its entire portfolio and suite of foundational commodities. The outcomes cement Aurelia as a Company with highly prospective tenements and an enviable pipeline of organic growth projects.

Extensional drilling the Company’s Great Cobar prospect – located near the Peak Mine close to Cobar, New South Wales (NSW) – intersected significant copper and gold mineralisation more than 300 metres down dip of previous drilling. More significant grades were delivered at the nearby Kairos deposit.

At the Company’s Federation deposit, close to the Hera Mine also located close to Cobar, standout results continue to be received from the recent intensive infill drilling program.

Infill and extensional drilling are also improving geological confidence at depth at the Company’s Dargues Mine, located in the southern tablelands of NSW.

Bolstered by this successful drilling, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dan Clifford noted the results confirm the Company’s continued assertion it holds one of the most geologically prospective mining tenements in Australia.

“We know that we have the capability to discover and convert these very promising drill results into the real and tangible Projects, thereby expanding our value to our shareholders,” Mr Clifford said.

“Furthermore, these results typify our Company objective; to maximise returns from our producing assets while advancing exploration and development projects with the potential to sustain and grow the business in the long term.

“Importantly, the positive drilling results we have seen off the back of multiple successful drilling campaigns were led by an outstanding contingent of our employees and extended contractor workforce. The essence of our Company is our people. And I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to all involved – across multiple teams, functions, and mines – in delivering these outstanding results,” Mr Clifford concluded.
